The women’s squad is open to all who wish to join, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced oarsman RRC welcomes you to the squad. A range of fitness and experience levels are catered for with some members progressing from the Junior Squad, whilst other may have learnt to row through our Yearning to Row course or come from University. The senior women aims to compete at national level and each year they compete at major events such as the Pair’s, Fours and Eights Head of the River, Marlow Regatta and Women’s Henley Royal Regatta.

1st Session: 08:00-10.15
2nd Session: 10.30 – 12.30 Adult / Beginner
Sunday
1st Session: 8.30-10.15 Adult / Beginner
2nd Session 1030 - 1230 Adult / Beginner
Monday
2nd Session 19:00 – 21:00 Adults
Tuesday
2nd Session 18:00 – 20:00 Junior / Adult / Beginner
Wednesday
1st Session 17:30 – 21:00 Adult / Beginner
Thursday
2nd Session 18:15 – 20.30 Adult
The Women’s Squad regularly attend the Thursday night circuit session held by Darren Scott. Darren is a highly successful athlete, gaining his first International in 1998 competing for Scotland in the 200m sprint.
