Runcorn's eights head is rowed on the lower reaches of the River Weaver in Cheshire.

No other river traffic, very little stream, little driftwood and great racing.

Ideal training and preparation for the Tideway (3 weeks before)

6,000m on the River Weaver from Pickering’s Lock to Sutton Weaver.
